Evaluations and Assessments
In pursuit of your own performance goals, it is not where you are strong, but where you are weak that counts. You cannot use, what you are not training. We utilize evaluations and assessments to uncover weaknesses and imbalances that are impacting performance or causing pain.
We know that, to the athlete, performance is your livelihood. We realize that, to the person with chronic pain, your quality of life affects everything.
