Chad Marr is the creator and developer of the Matrix Training System (MTS). This system is the culmination of more than 40 years in training industry. Across those decades, Chad has built his repertoire with numerous disciplines. The MTS serves as a testament to a lifetime of learning, research, practice, and engagement.

For years, we’ve been developing athletes at all levels of play. Competitive sports are big business and they’re dog-eat-dog on their best day. Millions of athletes devote their lives to the pursuit of highly-selective positions or roster spots in their respective sports. We exist to create outliers. We exist to build athletes who can do the things that others cannot. There are only 24 hours in the day, and it is our purpose to leverage the athletes’ competitive drive to make their training more effective and efficient.

This purpose is why the MTS was developed. Chad has worked tirelessly to build an understanding of the neuromuscular system and how the muscles of the body are interconnected through the nervous system. MTS users’ journey will start with building a solid platform upon which to train. The process inherently identifies, addresses, and eradicates deficiencies. Once the foundation is in place, the fun begins. The athletes quickly discover the ability to train with more intensity over longer periods of time. It is in this fold that untapped potential is discovered and the competitive edge is realized.

Chad Marr and his Matrix Training System have rapidly become a trusted and proven resource for athletes, coaches and agents. The Marr Strength Training Facility sees hundreds of athletes each year from the middle school level all the way to professional sports. Clients return past the first year of training at a 90% rate. More than 95% of them report reduced pain, increased flexibility, and improvement in key performance indicators in their respective sport. Stagnancy is death in competitive sports.
